All tickets are e-tickets and will be emailed to you via the purchase process on FIXR or via the FIXR app.
After entry you will be given a wristband.
E-tickets cannot be reused once they have been scanned on the gate.

Your team entry ticket allows you to bring up to 12 players & 3 coaches/managers to the competition with entry to all areas of the festival except the VIP area. For matches you will be allowed a maximum team size of 12 (starting 7 and up to 5 subs)
Due to the amount of teams which are participating at the festival, turn-around times are very quick.
If you are late, this will result in a loss as this will effect the days schedule.
All Oxford 7s rugby games will be played according to the World Rugby Laws and Regulations with 7-a-side variations as outlined by World Rugby.
Oxford 7s may implement specific rules which have been authorised by the RFU and in this instance, information will be circulated to all teams.
If you are a RFU affiliated rugby team you will automatically be covered to play at the festival through your club’s insurance.
All non-affiliated teams are now covered as they are pre-approved by the RFU to be covered by the RFU’s Accidental Death and Permanent Total Disability Insurance, provided the match or tournament is played in accordance with the RFU Rules and Regulations and the World Rugby Laws of the Game.
If you are a team or player based outside of England, you will need to provide confirmation of approval from your national federation in order to participate at the Festival. Please email rfu.clubs@marsh.com for more details.
Yes, the Men's Open and Women's Open are being refereed by the Oxfordshire Society of Referees. The Elite competition is being refereed by a group of referees sourced from other recognised societies.
Use of screw-in metal or moulded studded footwear only. No blades, astro trainers or flat soles. Footwear should be clean and in good condition. Footwear that does not comply with World Rugby Regulation 12 and FIFA Law 4 is prohibited.
Please ensure all players and coaches/staff in the technical areas follow these rules.
First Aid and Pitchside support is being provided by Oxford Quins Medical team via the Brookes Quins Partnership, with 8 staff trained to RFU Level 2 Pre Hospital Immediate Care in Sport. They will be located in the medical tent and pitchside during the games.
